Welcome to the inaugural blog post of Three Keys in Five Minutes from KeyBridge Systems. This blog will provide information that is valuable, relevant and important for what you do through the lens of what we do.

KeyBridge works directly with people to address issues related to their own mental health and wellness, develops systems and tools to improve the effectiveness of behavioral health interventions and treatment, and provides business consulting services to mission-driven organizations interested in stepping up their game.

Together, we figure out how you will improve your coping skills and resilience, reduce stress, and be happier. Practice specialties include working with executives and leaders to identify disruptions to success and ensure they wake each day with excitement about the workday ahead and helping people who have become Caregivers to maintain their own identity, mourn losses and strategize for better outcomes and relationships.
• Our Behavioral Health & Addiction Recovery focus area develops new and innovative systems to improve outcomes in behavioral health, care coordination, and addiction recovery programs. P2, developed by KeyBridge and delivered by MeU Care (www.meucare.com), is a collaboration that combines the newest HIPAA-secure technologies with sound clinical interventions to predict warning signs, prevent relapse, improve outcomes and yes, save lives. P2 is where the science of data meets the art of counseling. P2 is designed to help healthcare systems, outpatient treatment centers and others who provide direct services better meet the addiction and behavioral health needs of their clients, wherever they may be served.
• Business Consulting Services focus on human services organizations and health care providers in the New York Metropolitan area that need to become more efficient while committing to and providing excellence in care. With a constant eye on how traditional revenue models for health and social services are changing, organizations need to embrace a performance measurement culture and be ready to recognize new opportunities to be entrepreneurial, creative and innovative. We look at Finance Systems & Processes; Board Development, Governance & Administration; Marketing & Public Relations; and Human Resources.
